坑太多，小伙伴无力吐槽 1.内网不能在线安装必备组件，需要一个一个去下载 2.AppFabric安装失败，环境变量有问题

3. 官方说明不够明确，埋了坑 安装AppFabric失败，需要将环境变量-系统变量的PSModulePath中尾部多余的双引号去掉 所以逐一下载必备组件，官方文档里的命令说明写得不明确。 下载必备组件（直接包含在安装包里多方便，还搞得这么麻烦），假设下载到了C:\Software\sp_require 在cmd定位到Sharepoint安装目录下跑命令： prerequisiteinstaller.exe /sqlncli:"C:\Software\sp_require\sqlncli.msi" /PowerShell:"C:\Software\sp_require\Windows6.1-KB2506143-x64.msu" /NETFX:"C:\Software\sp_require\dotNetFx45_Full_x86_x64.exe" /IDFX:"C:\Software\sp_require\Windows6.1-KB974405-x64.msu" /Sync:"C:\Software\sp_require\Synchronization.msi" /AppFabric:"C:\Software\sp_require\WindowsServerAppFabricSetup_x64.exe"  /IDFX11:"C:\Software\sp_require\MicrosoftIdentityExtensions-64.msi" /MSIPCClient:"C:\Software\sp_require\setup_msipc_x64.msi" /WCFDataServices:"C:\Software\sp_require\WcfDataServices.exe" /KB2671763:"C:\Software\sp_require\AppFabric1.1-RTM-KB2671763-x64-CHS.exe" 提示成功，不要高兴太早。此时是接着安装Sharepoint 2013会提示 AppFabric安装错误的。 需要单独到命令行，跑：WindowsServerAppFabricSetup_x64.exe /i  CacheClient,CachingService,CacheAdmin /gac 执行完之后就可以正常安装了。 下载必备组件可以到： http://www.zhongdaiqi.com/sharepoint-2013-installation/ （里面转载了一份清单，方便下载）
